get a 7.5 since its the standard size and its not too wide and not too narrow so it will give a chance to decide to go either way next time you get a board. Maybe you'll stay with the 7.5. I personally skate 7.5 mostly but 7.25 are the next step down and they are much easier to do flips on, it deosnt really affect you landing ability-its still a huge chink of wood under your legs, but pinners(as they are called) do have a tendency to break faster than wider boards. Mullen probably skates something between a 7.5 and a 7.75 since he does all that crazy freestyle shit and that is much easier to do on a wider board. Primos especailly, are much easier on wider boards-more stable.
